I run a small team focused on enterprise software lifecycles, business analysis, data reporting, GIS, and automation. We turn regulations into code and maintain data systems for environmental planning purposes.

I supported VDOT's Environmental Division by updating GIS data, documenting data management practices, and performing software testing. I also design graphics, maps, materials and videos used for division training, communications, and events.

I performed routine groundwater, surface water and wastewater monitoring, laboratory coordination, data validation and evaluation, and regulatory reporting. I assisted in transitioning to using ArcGIS Online and Collector to track jobsite changes and data collection.

I determined the presence/absence, type, and amount of asbestos in materials using PLM per EPA 600/R-93/116 methods.
